According to reports from British media The Sun, the artist declined and rejected producers and musicians accused of harassment and abuse for this new album. Beyoncé investigated members of their team to avoid stalkers and assaulters.

Multiple people working for Beyoncé didn’t agree with the measures imposed by their boss.

They criticized Beyoncé for playing hard ball when it comes to hiring.

Nevertheless, the multiple Grammy Award winner justifies her actions because she wants to reflect an empowerment message.

By creating Renaissance, Beyonce wants to enhance the MeToo movement.

A Beyoncé’s producer was previously arrested for rape and assaul

Playing hardball when hiring people is not a coincidence for Beyoncé.

According to The Sun, one of her producers, Detail, was arrested in August 2020 for raping five women and sexually assaulting a sixth.

The assault and raping events happened between 2010 and 2018.

The producer is currently being held on bail. Detail needs to pay more than $5 million for his release.
